Aquent is proud to partner with a pioneering global enterprise software leader, renowned for its innovative contributions to HR technology and SaaS solutions. This organization is at the forefront of shaping the future of work, empowering businesses worldwide with cutting-edge tools and insights. This is your chance to join their internal People Experience team and play a pivotal role in transforming how teams across multiple global locations leverage data to support their people, directly impacting employee experience and operational efficiency.

About the Role

Are you an analytical and consultative professional eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic global organization? We are seeking a talented individual to join a highly visible internal People Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in owning the internal product roadmap for custom dashboards and reporting suites. Your expertise will directly empower leaders and international HR partners with the live data they need to make informed decisions, shaping strategic initiatives and enhancing the employee journey. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain unmatched experience within the internal People Analytics engine of a global enterprise leader, leading the pilot and testing of brand-new, cutting-edge reporting technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end design, configuration, and maintenance of custom reports and dashboards within a leading enterprise HRIS platform, focusing on internal organizational metrics.
  • Lead interactive, peer-to-peer training and enablement sessions with international HR Business Partners to drive dashboard adoption and maximize data utilization.
  • Partner with internal operational teams and international leaders to translate operational needs into systemic dashboard updates and strategic enhancements.
  • Collaborate on the adoption of seasonal reporting, end-of-quarter analytics updates, and testing of new automation features within the enterprise HRIS platform.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience bridging the gap between HR systems and business stakeholders, whether from an HR Technology background, as an analytical HR Business Partner, or an enterprise HRIS Reporting specialist.
  • True enterprise HRIS reporting mastery: This role requires native configuration within a leading HRIS platform. You must have deep experience writing advanced, matrix, and composite reports inside such an ecosystem (not just extracting data to visualize in external tools).
  • Superb communication skills: The ability to explain complex data sets with natural warmth and clarity to non-technical partners.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is up to £61.34 per hour (Gross PAYE).

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
