Are you a bilingual SaaS professional who thrives on helping global enterprise clients succeed? Join a world leader in AI-driven enterprise software as an Arabic-Speaking Project Coordinator. In this 12-month contract role, you will lead customer onboarding, drive platform adoption, and act as the vital bridge between client stakeholders and product experts.

  • Pay Rate: £22.09 per hour (PAYE)
  • Flexibility: 100% Remote within the UK (30–40 hours per week)
  • Impact: Direct hands-on exposure to next-generation AI enterprise learning systems.
  • Contract: 12-month duration starting September 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first-line contact and coordinator for Arabic-speaking enterprise accounts.
  • Drive smooth end-to-end client onboarding, kick-offs, and 1:1 training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot client setup issues asynchronously: gather logs, reproduce issues, and document steps.
  • Maintain project trackers in Jira/Asana/Monday.com and interpret basic data dashboards.
  • Manage client expectations and escalate technical challenges proactively.

What You’ll Bring

  • Native-level fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • 2+ years of external client-facing experience in project management, customer success, or tech support within a SaaS environment.
  • Availability to work Sunday to Thursday (7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm BST).
  • Proven experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Notion).
  • Strong asynchronous communication skills (Slack, Google Suite, Teams).
