What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage an end-to-end content marketing program, including the annual content calendar, messaging, editorial strategy, and executional channels.
  • Lead the development of long-form content assets such as customer case studies, blog posts, thought leadership articles, and in-depth guides.
  • Own editorial development, partnering with lifecycle marketing and broader content teams to integrate brand and thought leadership content into the overall marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and other business partners to curate timely and relevant content.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accurately reflects the value propositions of our product offerings.
  • Distill complex data and industry trends into compelling narratives that resonate with e-commerce merchants.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building and managing successful content marketing programs, with a strong focus on long-form assets.
  • Advanced experience in developing long-form content, including blog content, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Demonstrated sharp prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating effectively with stakeholders across product and marketing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of content distribution strategy and original writing ability.
  • A data-driven, analytical mindset to identify key developments and industry trends in e-commerce and shipping.
