- Design and implement high-impact field programs, including events, campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays, partner-led motions, and executive engagements, to generate, progress, and accelerate pipeline.
- Act as the central marketing lead for the market, coordinating and aligning extended Marketing teams (field, persona, digital, content, PR, partner marketing, customer advocacy programs) into a cohesive, revenue-driven go-to-market motion.
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and account teams for the Retail, Hospitality, Transportation, and Manufacturing sectors to understand territory objectives and account plans, ensuring marketing investments directly support target accounts and key opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of field events, trade shows, executive roundtables, and customer programs, from brief and positioning through to logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
- Orchestrate cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, partnering with product marketing, demand generation, digital, PR, and partner teams to localize messaging, develop impactful content, and ensure consistent storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Work with key partners to design and execute joint marketing initiatives that expand reach, drive pipeline, and support co-selling motions within the industry ecosystem.
- Utilize market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and program design. Track, measure, and report on program performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics to optimize future planning and maximize impact.
- Provide clear direction to internal teams and external vendors/agencies, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-brand execution of all initiatives.
