As Senior Creative focused on entertainment in the advertising team, you’ll conceptualize and visualize 360 entertainment campaigns. You’ll put your ideas into action on a variety of platforms, including print, out-of-home, and social media, as well as working on the occasional experiential stunt!

 

What you’ll do:

  • Come up with advertising ideas and visualise them to a high standard that pushes our brands forward. Provide effective creative solutions in TTL comms across a range of channels including TVCs, print, OOH, digital, and social.
  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to their master brand values.
  • Own creative work from brief to delivery and present these to senior partners.
  • Support the Creative Directors of Advertising and the Creative Agency senior leadership team.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • A history of creating outstanding advertising where the idea is key.
  • Be able to write copy in German and Speak German (Native is preferred but not essential)
  • Strong art direction and a sharp design eye; able to visualise concepts and create stunning presentations to sell work!
  • The ability to be ‘hands-on’ with a high-level familiarity with Adobe CC, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • An awareness of the best photographers and a knowledge of production, shoots, and post-production is desirable but not essential.
  • Confidence in presenting at senior level.
  • Experience collaborating and working with wider departments and external parties.
  • Excellent command of the language, ability to write witty headlines, and snappy copy is a big plus.
  • A love of problem-solving and a desire to find solutions.
  • Ability to take and work with criticism in a positive, pragmatic way.
  • High levels of personal motivation.
  • A love of TV!
