We are recruiting for an experience Admin Business Partner / Executive Assistant for a large tech giant for a hybrid role, 12 months contract paying £31.73p/h PAYE.

Main Skills: 

  • Strong administrative experience in a high-tech and/or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.) 
  • Experience in direct executive support, project management, or event planning. 
  • Senior administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. 
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. 
  • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
