Diversity, Inclusion & Sustainability
In 2020, we made a pledge globally to reaffirm our company’s values of equality, by taking three concrete steps towards social justice reform. These were Education, Support, and Donation. To do this, we have a Diversity Council in each of our offices across the world, who set local objectives and make sure we are moving forwards in our D&I journey. We have a responsibility not only to make sure that we at Aquent are making changes, but also that are helping the clients we work with. You can find more information here.
At the beginning of 2021, John Chuang, our CEO, made the bold commitment for our company to become carbon-negative by the end of the year - one of the first in our industry. Now we are working to erase Aquent’s entire global carbon footprint of 35 years. This lofty goal requires firm, definitive changes to how we work as an organization, today and in the future.
