We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Designer to join our client Creative Agency’s Advertising team. Reporting into the Design Director for Premium Content Design, you’ll be required to provide design for integrated advertising ideas and execute them as part of the campaigns team.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop award winning (new and unique) design that pushes our brand forward.
  • Provide effective idea-led design solutions for TTL comms
  • Ensure the highest standards of design are maintained at all times
  • Have a flair for design, strong typographic skills and an eye for detail.
  • Have a positive attitude, a love of problem solving and a desire to find solutions.
  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to our Masterbrand values.
  • Guide post-production.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team and the wider organisation across multiple projects.
  • Working alongside Planning and Account Management to build presentations and arguments to sell the work.
  • Support the Design Director of Advertising, conceptual creative teams, account management and production teams.
  • Perform highly against a clear set of agreed business and personal objectives.
  • Motion skills are a plus but not essential

What you’ll bring:

  • A history of creating design for outstanding advertising and TTL campaigns where the idea is key; Ability to think and work TTL
  • Have created or evolved campaign brand identities across large or small campaigns
  • The ability to think and deliver design for wide deliverables of media formats (print, digital, social, retail).
  • Proven excellence in creative origination and execution across print and digital channels
  • Proven experience across multiple brands
  • Excellent design – both conceptual and executional
  • Strong knowledge of print and digital
  • Have a knowledge of production, shoots, and post-production.
  • Have a strong knowledge of photography/photographers.
  • A comprehensive ability across Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & InDesign).
  • Ability to take and work with criticism in a positive pragmatic way
  • Problem solving with high levels of personal motivation
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work with wider departments and 3rd parties
  • Natural Team player
