Overview

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management, including initiation, definition, and delivery; Help define project scope, estimate, and write scopes of work and technical specifications.
• Develop relationships with all team members and agencies across the POD.
• Demonstrate a high degree of independence and autonomy in decision-making.
• Serve as a reference point for expert creative production and project management advice.
• Cultivate innovative ideas and identify the best delivery approach to support creativity and ensure commercial success.
• Contribute to driving the agency’s creative agenda by proposing innovative production ideas.
• Own projects and proactively handle project scope and resources within budget.
• Manage agencies from a production perspective.
• Proactively identify project risks and ensure clear mitigation plans and solutions are in place.
• Manage creative resource needs behind a project, working closely with the resource manager.
• Direct traffic of all assets upon completion and manage usage tracker for all brand assets.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Creative Production or integrated project management experience.
• Solid understanding of processes, workflows, tools, and methodologies.
• Effective communication tailored to the audience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in the face of change.
• Thrives on identifying key processes to gain efficiencies and simplify complexity.
• Attention to detail, high level of craftsmanship, and excellent creative taste.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with SmartSheets and Keynote (preferred but not mandatory).
