Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can turn insights into action? We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Social Measurement Manager to join our tech client’s Media Intelligence and Analytics team.

As a Social Measurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing social media data and metrics to gain insights into audience reach and engagement. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our on-platform strategies and optimizing media campaigns.

This is a 6 months contract, offering £81.000-£92.000 per annum, pro rata (PAYE). 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze engagement on company-owned channels to understand audience behavior and optimize content.
  • Report insights for creators engaged in various initiatives and events, helping to maximize their impact.
  • Identify online customer habits and recommend strategies to broaden our audience reach.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of earned social media conversations, competitive intelligence, and audience segmentation to inform media intelligence initiatives.
  • Advise cross-functional teams on social media activity and activations, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with media analysts, researchers, and product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business objectives.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing media strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization, contributing to the team’s knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • Solid professional experience in social media analysis, preferably in a media, technology, or news organization.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools to extract and analyze audience data.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
