We’re working in partnership with our tech client to hire a talented, Italian-speaking Scale Licensing Specialist to join their team for a 12-month contract, offering up to £51.900 per annum, pro rata (PAYE). 

As our client’s customers navigate a challenging economic landscape, their needs, outlooks, and behaviours are evolving. The management of software licensing has become critical to the company’s joint success, ensuring value realization, risk reduction, and understanding the powerful ways the client’s offerings support businesses worldwide.

Their scale programs guide customers towards tailored investments for their creativity and productivity needs. They strive for objective and empathetic engagements to ensure smooth and efficient program execution.

About the Role: You’ll be part of a growing team that has achieved success in recent years and is now continuing its journey within one of the world’s most renowned brands. Working across borders, you’ll play a pivotal role in making our licensing business successful and our products invaluable to customers. Your focus will be on hitting financial targets, collaborating closely with the Licensing team, and providing regular updates within our customer management system.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hit financial targets and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with the Licensing team.
  • Provide regular updates to the team lead and customer management system.
  • Align with various stakeholders.
  • Establish a sustainable cadence for your role and tasks.
  • Continuously measure and refine performance for maximum success.
  • Deliver positive, insightful, and valuable service for customers.
  • Engage respectfully with customers from a knowledgeable standpoint.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience in licensing and software.
  • Confidence and gravitas in business-to-business interactions.
  • Experience within a partner/reseller indirect sales organization.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Highly responsive and passionate communicator, both written and spoken.
  • Virtual/matrix-based organization navigation skills.
  • Creative, critical thinker.
  • Analytical eye for identifying the best places to guide efforts and share valuable insights with customers.
  • IT/technical skills/knowledge.
  • Organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
