We’re working in partnership with a global entertainment client to hire a talented Workplace Experience Coordinator for a 7-month contract, offering up to £45,000 per annum, pro rata (PAYE).

Role Overview:

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding experience for all stakeholders, including staff, visitors, and interview candidates. Reporting directly to the Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high levels of satisfaction, optimizing resources, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders, promptly addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist with reception duties, including visitor coordination and access management.
  • Support the Workplace Food & Beverage Manager to maintain quality catering services.
  • Handle employee requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with staff engagement initiatives and workplace communications.
  • Manage office supplies and promote sustainability practices.
  • Coordinate office events and assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to work outside regular office hours.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, and related tools.
