We are looking to hire a Full Lifecycle Recruiter for our client’s University Talent Acquisition team. This is a hybrid role based in London office 3 days a week, paying £186.72 daily PAYE.
Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring graduates (attraction, selection processes, onboarding)
- Partner with hiring teams and recommend recruitment strategies whilst building strong stakeholder relationships
- Build your own network of potential candidates
- Interview candidates within frameworks and timelines
Qualifications
- Experience in a campus recruitment environment
- Proven experience of corporate recruiting or research experience
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to build relationships
- Strong inclination towards managing processes
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
