We are recruiting for an Administrative Business Partner, Marketing to work on a hybrid basis in London. This is a 12 month contract starting 20th January 2025.

Key responsibilities of the role: 

  • Calendar management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Preparing and tracking expense reports
  • Meeting organisational deadlines. 

Any key projects or initiatives you will be working on: 

  • To anticipate the needs of the managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise 

Top 3 Hard Skills: 

  1. Complex calendar and travel management, 
  2. High level cross functional collaboration. 
  3. Lots of meetings to be scheduled for the USA region in a fast paced environment. 

Soft Skills: 

  1. Ability to work quickly with minimal input. 
  2. Managing high volume and speed on emails and phones
