We are recruiting for our client, a large tech giant, a Recruiting & Enablement Programs Specialist (Recruitment Co-Ordinator), on site 5 days a week, based in London, paying £35.10 p/h PAYE.
As a Recruiting & Enablement Programs Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and developing programs designed to attract and retain top talent. This role will see you engage with participants, manage escalations, and communicate with internal partners to ensure a seamless experience. From planning onboarding events to handling logistics and ensuring participants have the necessary resources, you’ll be pivotal in our client’s mission to connect people in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, addressing pre-start inquiries and managing in-program support.
- Coordinate communications to participants and client partners, including pre-start resource groups and core messaging.
- Oversee pre-hire audits, manage escalations, and support the part-time extension process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Recruiting, HR, and Programs) to facilitate onboarding, including tech deployment and workspace planning.
- Plan and execute participant events, including research, budget management, catering, logistics, and briefings.
- Oversee virtual regional onboarding sessions and manage the Mentorship Program.
Partnership & Communication:
- Develop strong relationships with client partners, offering guidance, addressing concerns, and following escalation protocols.
- Maintain clear communication of progress, roadblocks, and updates with teams to achieve goals and share best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in coordinating, recruiting, or program management.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills, with experience communicating across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in University Recruiting, Intern Program Operations, or Diversity Recruiting Programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML (a plus, but not required).
