The Team

The Ads Marketing team crafts the company’s advertising narrative, shaping strategies that engage global audiences. This team drives awareness and builds excitement among advertising partners by activating messaging across sales and non-sales channels.

The Opportunity

This 6-month contract offers a chance to join the Ads Marketing team as a Manager focused on the UK market. Based in London, you’ll develop strategies and execute initiatives that enhance the company’s advertising presence in the UK. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage impactful campaigns, and build deep relationships with advertising partners.

This role requires a self-starter who excels in B2B marketing, understands digital advertising, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop strategies and narratives to empower the Sales team and engage advertising clients. Align UK messaging with global marketing strategies.
  • Event Strategy & Engagement: Lead the company’s presence at local industry events, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Communications, Ad Product, Research, Sales, and more) to align messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Business Goal Alignment: Translate business objectives into marketing strategies, identifying key audiences and regions to target.
  • Data-driven Insights: Leverage data and insights to create compelling B2B stories tailored to the UK market.
  • Advertiser Relationships: Build relationships with advertiser partners, gathering insights to influence product and marketing strategies.
  • Trade Body Management: Represent the company in relationships with trade bodies like the IAB to enhance industry presence.
  • Leadership Updates: Regularly update leadership with comprehensive overviews of successes, challenges, and recommendations for market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Sold experience (ideally 7+ years) in B2B marketing, product marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of the CTV, OTT, or streaming industry preferred.
  • Proven skills in crafting product narratives, messaging, and collateral.
  • Expertise in event marketing and creating impactful activations for industry engagements.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience producing a variety of marketing content, including presentations, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally, align diverse stakeholders, and scale communications.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
