Our innovative entertainment client is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join their Ads Product Marketing team. This team is dedicated to shaping and introducing cutting-edge ad products to the B2B advertising marketplace, focusing on EMEA-based initiatives.
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to influence product development, define product narratives, and deliver engaging go-to-market strategies that set our client apart. You will play a pivotal role in the regional rollout of key ad solutions, collaborate with product and sales teams, and contribute to broader marketing and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Partner with teams to drive EMEA-focused programmatic launches in 2025 and support the rollout of additional ad solutions, such as ad formats, targeting, and measurement.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Act as a trusted advisor to product and sales teams, establishing a feedback loop that incorporates customer and market insights into product development.
- Marketing Execution: Identify and create marketing assets (e.g., materials, demos, and narratives) that bring ad products to life in a concise and compelling manner.
- Regional Integration: Work closely with the EMEA marketing team to ensure programmatic messaging aligns with overall marketing narratives and activation strategies.
- Cross-Functional Consistency: Collaborate globally across marketing, communications, and product teams to deliver a unified ads narrative, showcasing programmatic capabilities effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: product marketing experience in digital advertising or B2B advertising, with a strong background in programmatic and ad tech ecosystems.
- Strategic Insight: Proven ability to partner cross-functionally on product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market launches, paired with a strong understanding of ad solutions and measurement.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional storytelling skills with comfort in using and interpreting research data.
- Collaboration: A team player who thrives in an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Execution and Vision: Capable of balancing near-term priorities with long-term strategy development, including creating actionable product briefs and detailed roadmaps.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous yet pragmatic approach to problem-solving, leveraging the 80/20 rule to focus on impactful results.
