We are seeking a hands-on, multi-talented high-performing, customer obsessed and data driven Partner Manager for our client’s Credit Business Operations team, 5 days a week in their London office. This is a 6 month contract paying £360 PAYE daily. 

Partner Managers in the EU Credit Business Operations team are responsible for managing both “run-the business” tasks as well as existing programs, projects and finally deliver strategic business goals. Essential to this role is the ability to multitask in an environment of numerous demands, as well as maintain the highest standards with our internal stakeholders and external partners. 

Applicants will be expected to: 

  • Be in charge of cross functional projects

  • Identify customers pain points, address issues, 

  • Provide process improvements, 

  • Develop internal documentation, 

  • Contribute to a great team environment

  • Have a clear, communicative presence in person and in writing

  • Have the discretion to make business judgement on a daily basis. 

This position has a significant impact on the experience of customers and partners, and is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating

results to senior leadership
