We seek a Partnerships F&S Analyst to join our client’s EMEA Commerce F&S team on a 3-month contract. Partnerships play a pivotal role in accelerating our client’s global growth, and in the EMEA region, they collaborate with leading Pay TV and telecommunications companies.
In this role, you will analyse partnership opportunities across EMEA, support strategic growth initiatives, and provide critical financial and commercial insights to guide business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to shaping our client’s partnership strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the financial impact of potential partnerships through:
- Financial projections and scenario modelling
- Deal term evaluation (e.g., discount rates, minimum guarantees)
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Provide commercial guidance to partnership teams during negotiations, leveraging insights from financial analysis.
- Analyze the performance of existing partnerships, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., FS&A, Regional Product, Consumer Insights) to drive growth initiatives.
- Develop strategic presentations to support decision-making for senior stakeholders and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong financial analysis skills, including experience in forecasting and scenario modeling.
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of deal structures and partnership agreements.
- Experience in strategy, partnerships, finance, or consulting within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the media, telecommunications, or entertainment industry is a plus.
