Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies, nurture client relationships, and maximize revenue generation across a diverse portfolio of media properties. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual with a passion for entertainment and a proven track record in sales support.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies, acting as a primary point of contact and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ad operations, research) to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies.
• Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and create compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition of the media portfolio.
• Manage campaign logistics, including securing client assets, coordinating with ad operations, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign elements.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management and identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, sharing relevant information with the team and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in sales support or account management within the media or advertising industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in media math and analysis.
• Strong understanding of linear and digital media platforms.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of client needs and the ability to align product offerings with client objectives.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.10 to $62.34 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
