The Design Editorial & Brand team is seeking a Communications Designer to collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners in creating standout visual stories in multimedia formats. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of design acumen, be proactive, highly organized, and possess attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
As a communications designer in this role, you will collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners to create standout visual stories in multimedia formats.
The work will span various program areas—from learning and development curriculum and all-hands meetings to wireframes and blog assets and social posts .
This individual should possess a high degree of design acumen to ideate, design and produce visual content across a multitude of formats—whether jumping into a Keynote or Google slides deck, mocking up a website wireframe in Figma or creating an animation for a social post.
- Help plan, manage and produce a pipeline of content aligned with the team’s communications goals—whether it be to engage internal employees or grow external audiences to learn more about design
- Ideate visual concepts and themes and refine design work to effectively communicate complex concepts through compelling visuals
- Ideate and design visual content in a variety of formats from start to finish, including presentation templates, infographics, illustration, iconography, graphics, animation, social media posts
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style aligned with design our client’s brand voice and the company’s brand guidelines
- Oversee outreach and collaboration with partners and stakeholders for content creation and manage relationships
- Manage and evolve best practices to archive digital assets
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience in communication or branding design
- 3-5+ years of experience creating content for various platforms and formats
- Demonstrated experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- After Effects Other packages
- Proficiency in:
- Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Keynote
- Figma
- Demonstrated track record of engaging with launched projects
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.29 to $63.66 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
