Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for your next challenge? We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support a dynamic cloud services team within a global tech leader. Based at a modern office in central London, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your impact will be felt from day one.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key part in creating a smooth and positive experience for candidates going through the recruitment process. From managing interview schedules to coordinating assessment days, your organisational skills will keep everything running like clockwork.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers

  • Handling logistics for assessments and arranging reimbursements

  • Providing timely candidate updates via phone and email

  • Maintaining records in the internal recruitment system (HIRE)

  • Supporting recruitment reporting and identifying process improvements

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations

What We’re Looking For:
You’re calm under pressure, thrive on variety, and love the buzz of a busy environment. You’ll need to be a confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team but can also take initiative when needed.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint

  • Experience in recruitment, coordination, HR, logistics or administration

Desirable:

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Background in a fast-paced, high-volume or international setting
