As a Digital Ad Operations Manager, your role is key in supporting the sales business in delivering tech-first ad solutions to global advertisers.

Our client’s knowledgeable ad sales team is driving digital-first advertising briefs with challenging solutions in a fast-paced and competitive streaming environment.

The Digital Ad Operations Manager, supported by a strong international Business Operations team, is responsible for the upkeep of ad servers, working closely with Sales to deliver on SLAs and ensure that campaign setup and delivery is timely, organised, and accurate at all times. You’ll be results-driven, taking pride in your technical knowledge and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Direct Sales campaigns, working closely with Sales and Planning

  • Manage YouTube campaign delivery and reporting, in collaboration with the Social Strategy team

  • Manage digital inventory to support Media Planning and forecasting

  • Assist the team with the upkeep of ad servers (FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager) and fulfilment technologies

  • Work closely with Programmatic and Data teams to ensure partner maintenance, providing technical support and reporting

  • Manage campaign pricing and prioritisation in line with company goals

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Expert knowledge of ad serving technologies (Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Teads)

  • Proficient understanding of advertising tags, macros, and decisioning logic

  • Experience in implementing and testing third-party technologies

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in building and maintaining documentation and processes

  • Performance- and reputation-driven mindset

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
