Program Manager

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of critical business applications and their underlying infrastructure. Your work will directly support the Public Sector team’s mission-critical operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflows. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenge and strategic contribution, allowing you to make a tangible difference in how the team operates and achieves its goals.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update existing business applications.
• Manage and maintain the underlying infrastructure for these applications.
• Ensure compliance with established technical standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to address evolving needs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience designing, creating, automating, testing, and troubleshooting business applications.
• 2+ years of experience managing and maintaining application infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud environment management.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within a large, global technology company.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to assess, maintain, and enhance existing systems.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.81 to $53.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
