NOTE: On-Site in Bentonville, AR This is an on-site position requiring 5 days a week in our Bentonville, AR office.

Our clients Sales Enablement team is seeking a highly skilled Senior-level Instructional Designer or Manager with Instructional Design expertise. This role is crucial in transforming large volumes of complex product launch information and existing materials into highly dynamic, visually engaging, and easily digestible learning content for their sales force. You will play a pivotal role in enabling our sales team to better understand and communicate about new products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development of Engaging Deliverables: Create highly dynamic and visually engaging learning materials, including e-learnings, one-pagers, training modules, and visually inspiring presentations (PowerPoint, etc.). Focus heavily on visual layout and visual content creation.
  • Content Transformation and Simplification: Take extensive source materials, such as 40-page PowerPoint decks and certifications, and transform them into engaging e-learning capabilities and professional, brand-ready pitch decks or internal presentations.
  • Visual and Graphic Expertise: Demonstrate strong capabilities in visual and graphic elements, with an emphasis on creating content that is visually inspiring and engaging. Experience with short-term video creation (e.g., using Vyond) is a plus.
  • Rapid Content Development: Work in a moderately fast-paced environment, requiring quick turnaround times on deliverables while maintaining high quality. This role involves playing catch-up on existing content needs.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize a range of design and learning tools including:
    • Authoring Tools: Articulate (Rise, Storyline), Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Photoshop.
    • LMS: Moodle (internal LMS).
    • AI Capabilities: Gemini (generative AI license).
    • Sales Enablement Platforms (awareness/knowledge of): Big Tin Can, Gong, High Spot, and Seismic.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: While the learning strategy will largely be established, this role requires collaboration to flush out content into final deliverables.

  • You excel at creating highly dynamic and engaging deliverables with a fast turnaround time, balancing speed and quality.
  • You have a robust portfolio showcasing your visual content creation and instructional design capabilities.
  • You are proficient in a wide array of design and e-learning tools, including Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Moodle, with an awareness of generative AI and sales enablement platforms.
  • You thrive in a corporate environment and understand the nuances of branding, quality, and navigating established processes.
  • You are proactive, can work quickly, and are adept at transforming complex information into visually appealing and easily consumable content.
  • You are open to a potential transition to a full-time role in the future, with a commitment to being based in Bentonville.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Instructional Designer or a Manager with significant instructional design and visual content creation experience.
  • Proven ability to create highly dynamic and visually engaging learning deliverables.
  • Experience in transforming large volumes of content into concise and impactful learning modules.
  • Proficiency with Articulate, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Photoshop, and Moodle.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Big Tin Can, Gong, High Spot, Seismic).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment with quick turnaround times.
  • Strong understanding of corporate branding and quality expectations.
  • Must be located in Bentonville, AR, and work on-site 5 days a week.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and instructional design capabilities is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with short-term video capabilities (e.g., Vyond).
  • Experience in sales enablement.
  • Logistics or fulfillment experience (beneficial but not required).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00 to $48.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
