- Develop information architecture that organizes complex technical information in accessible ways
System Design

- Create visual representations of integration workflows that communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility while advocating for optimal user experience
- Design error states, troubleshooting flows, and self-help resources that empower partners to resolve integration issues
Collaboration & Execution
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and partner success teams to implement portal and integration experiences
- Create detailed specifications, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for development teams
- Contribute to agile ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Measure and optimize portal experiences through analytics, partner feedback, and usage metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with demonstrated expertise in B2B products, partner portals, or technical user interfaces
- Strong portfolio showcasing service design methodology, complex workflow design, and technical interface solutions
- Experience with API design, integration documentation, or developer portals
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into clear user experiences
- Proficiency in research methodologies to gather partner insights and validate design solutions
Tools & Technologies
