Make a real impact on candidate experience! Our client, a global leader partnered with Aquent, is seeking a Candidate Concierge Coordinator to create positive and memorable interview experiences. You will be the face of the company, ensuring candidates feel welcomed and supported throughout their onsite interviews. When not escorting candidates, you’ll play a key role in scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s talent acquisition success.
As a Candidate Concierge Coordinator, you will:
- Escort multiple candidates daily for onsite interviews.
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of the candidate’s onsite interview experience.
- Greet candidates professionally in the lobby and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and verify interview rooms, including picking up technical equipment, setup, and testing.
- Monitor candidate well-being throughout the interview process.
- Facilitate smooth transitions between interview sessions.
- Escort candidates through the building, including final departure.
- Act as the “day-of” point of contact for any candidate emergencies.
When not escorting candidates, you will:
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews.
- Manage interview calendar logistics across multiple time zones.
- Communicate with candidates and interview panels regarding scheduling.
- Send interview confirmations and preparation materials.
- Handle interview schedule changes and cancellations.
- Support recruitment operations as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Some experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
- Experience with basic technical setup (video conferencing, presentation equipment).
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of interview processes and recruitment best practices.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and scheduling tools.
