Ready to make a real impact on the entertainment industry? Aquent is partnering with a major player in the UK entertainment space to find a driven and culturally savvy Account Director to spearhead campaigns for one of the nation’s most beloved entertainment brands. You’ll be the driving force behind 360 campaigns—from initial strategy to final execution—creating top-tier creative that celebrates captivating TV, film, and streaming content. If you’re energized by fast-paced environments, have a deep understanding of today’s streaming landscape, and are passionate about entertainment, this could be your perfect role.
As an Account Director, you will be the strategic and creative lead, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to bring innovative campaigns to life. Your expertise in crafting compelling narratives will shine as you oversee the development of key art, trailers, and other promotional materials that capture the essence of the brand and drive audience engagement.

This is a contract, hybrid role based in West London, offering £369 per day via Umbrella. The shortlisted candidates will be contacted by COB Wed 9th July.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of fully integrated campaigns across various channels, including AV, digital, social, print, OOH, and radio.
  • Serve as the daily strategic and creative partner for key stakeholders, building strong relationships and maximizing campaign value.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and engaging content.
  • Oversee the creation of key art, trailers, promos, and other essential launch assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency and creative excellence across all campaign touchpoints.
  • Expertly manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and team priorities.
  • Support, mentor, and develop junior account team members.

Must-Haves:

  • A solid understanding of the entertainment industry and the evolving streaming landscape.
  • Commercial acumen with a keen eye for key art, trailers, and promotional content that drives viewership and engagement.
  • Proven experience leading 360 media campaigns, with TV/film experience being highly desirable.
  • Confidence in client management, coupled with strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, creative agency or in-house studio environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, fueled by a passion for storytelling and exceptional creative.
