In this exciting role, you’ll be the backbone of the sales organization, handling critical administrative tasks that free up the sales team to focus on what they do best: closing deals. Your contributions will directly impact the team’s ability to achieve its targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth. This is a 12-month, hybrid contract, offering £246.83 / day, circa £64,175 per annum, pro rata – 37.5 hrs/week. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by COB Monday 21st July.
What You’ll Do:
* Process and enter orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
* Generate accurate price quotations for clients, contributing to a smooth sales process.
* Maintain meticulous records, contributing to the team’s organizational effectiveness.
* Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), showcasing your ability to present compelling solutions.
* Provide product training to sales team members, empowering them with the knowledge to succeed.
* Handle other related tasks as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Salesforce experience
- Appointment setting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., CRM, order processing software).
