As a CRM & Data Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in empowering sales and marketing teams by providing them with the critical data and intelligence they need to succeed.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to dive into the world of customer relationship management (CRM) and data analysis. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, conducting in-depth research, and supporting lead generation efforts. This is an ideal role for someone looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic and innovative environment.

This position has an initial 6-month-contract tenure. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer and prospect data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts, identifying key decision-makers and gathering relevant company information.
  • Utilize CRM tools to input gathered data and generate reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and outreach.
  • Provide support to sales and marketing teams by building targeted prospect lists and providing essential account intelligence.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within sales or business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
  • Experience with online research tools like LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo is highly desirable
