- Spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, content, SEO, events, and brand initiatives.
- Champion SEO excellence, optimising website content, conducting technical audits, and implementing effective link-building strategies to enhance organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and empowering team members to reach their full potential.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, product development, and education, to ensure alignment and maximise marketing effectiveness.
- Leverage data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and make informed decisions to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal events, and business growth targets.
- Oversee SEO performance monitoring and optimisation, including on-page and technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, allocating workloads, providing guidance, and fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, support business goals, and maximise marketing impact.
- Create brand-aligned marketing materials, maintain brand voice consistency, and manage paid media campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Plan and execute external events, exhibitions, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery and ROI.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Experience managing and leading a team.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into compelling campaigns.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in the education sector or working with educational products/services.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of content marketing and brand development.
