As a Program Coordinator/Executive Assistant, you will be essential to optimizing internal processes and supporting program development. You’ll collaborate with clinical, administrative, and service departments, playing a key role in communication and coordination. This position offers a chance to leverage your project management skills and contribute to a collaborative team focused on enhancing operational efficiency and patient care.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support projects to enhance internal operations and drive growth, meticulously documenting scope and setting clear expectations.
- Establish and manage workgroups to define and implement necessary processes and procedures for new and existing services, ensuring effective communication through meeting minutes and updates.
- Facilitate patient inquiries and visits by understanding and applying key components of Care Coordination workflows.
- Manage the creation of marketing materials and event resources for internal and external initiatives.
- Assist in the selection of consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project needs and budget.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee compliance with departmental, hospital, and university policies.
- Assess, document, and recommend improvements to business process flows to achieve project objectives.
- Act as a positive representative when interacting with the community and stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proven ability to apply project management methodologies and process improvement principles.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to synthesize large volumes of information.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and internet resources.
- Ability to develop materials for marketing, event planning, and educational purposes.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Additional language skills (other than English).
- Experience interacting with diverse groups and international audiences.
- Familiarity with academic medical center operations and services.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.27 to $58.08 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
