This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise to plan, execute, and optimize omnichannel advertising campaigns, contributing directly to the success of some of the world’s most recognized brands. You’ll be the strategic mastermind behind these campaigns, from initial planning and setup to performance reporting and analysis. Get ready to dive deep into data, uncover actionable insights, and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve ambitious marketing objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic media plans for both managed and self-service campaigns, acting as a consultative expert for clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
  • Lead client and agency calls, showcasing your expertise in media tactics, audience strategy, and campaign management.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of various media types, including paid search, programmatic display, sponsorships, social media, and more.
  • Apply your knowledge of the purchase funnel to develop campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to create data-driven media proposals that align with client goals.
  • Communicate campaign performance metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign performance, testing, and seasonal programming.
  • Partner with media insights teams to measure campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure seamless campaign launches by adhering to internal SLAs and QA processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external teams through exceptional client service.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to traffic campaigns across various ad technology environments.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations.
  • Deep understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.) and the ability to analyze media math.
  • Client-facing experience with a proven ability to identify and resolve risks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to advise partners on media best practices and identify opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience managing and/or consulting on digital campaigns across display, video, social, search, and experiential marketing.
  • Extensive experience and expertise in programmatic advertising, including knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
  • Proven track record of creating strategies that influence advertisers’ investment in media/advertising.
  • Experience using systems like Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.52 to $52.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
