Join a leading entertainment company partnered with Aquent, and make a significant impact on their video marketing campaigns for popular original series. As a Producer, you’ll be the driving force behind managing, maintaining, and distributing captivating video assets, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to collaborate with a dynamic team of creative directors, campaign managers, and localization partners, playing a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative of compelling stories. Your expertise in AV post-production will be essential in bringing these projects to life.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of video projects (teasers, trailers, TV spots, promos, etc.) from start to finish for assigned titles, ensuring alignment with campaign timelines and budgets.
- Manage external creative asset development vendors and internal workflows, driving assets from inception to delivery.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, estimate time, track costs, and define project completion requirements.
- Secure necessary approvals and effectively communicate plans to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain efficient processes, procedures, and job tracking mechanisms to ensure on-time and within-budget video deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential problems, consistently communicating updates, delays, issues, and budget implications to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external post-production teams to determine footage availability and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain fluency in AV formats and a strong understanding of asset management, in-theater deliverables, servicing, and trafficking.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements and ensure efficient asset development and delivery.
- Define project scope and obtain estimates from external agency partners.
- Provide regular feedback to marketing and creative teams, establishing project priorities and communicating milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to provide constructive feedback to agencies throughout project lifecycles.
- Prepare clips for publicity and social media, releasing final files in various codecs.
- Manage network clearances, music clearances, talent approvals, and international routing.
- Oversee the delivery of a large volume of video assets to external partners.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of creative services experience.
- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio.
- Understanding of workflows within a marketing, production, or creative department or company.
- Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with digital asset management tools.
- Experience leading process improvements and/or operations tool implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in film, media, production, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Avid, and Project Management Software.
- Prior experience with image production, transfer protocols, digital asset management, and publishing content for the web.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- International marketing series or theatrical experience.
- Understanding of show post-production workflows and storage needs.
- Detailed knowledge of workflow within a marketing, production company, or editorial house.
- Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.
- Comprehensive understanding of AV and static image specs and file formats.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EPK/BTS camera workflows and formats.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Video editing experience and experience managing external agencies for live-action productions.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $72.50 – $79.27/Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
