Join a leading financial software company revolutionizing how businesses manage their finances as a Data Analyst specializing in customer retention. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer loyalty by transforming reporting, building behavioral analytics, and working across the entire customer lifecycle. Your insights will directly impact strategic decision-making and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

This is a 12 month hybrid contract, offering £199.36 per day – 37.5 hrs/week (PAYE). Due to the high volume of applications, we may be unable to respond to each applicant individually. As a Retention Data Analyst, you will:

  • Develop automated and scalable reporting solutions focused on customer retention, empowering the business with critical data-driven insights.
  • Create comprehensive dashboards by integrating data from various sources, providing senior leaders with a holistic view of customer retention trends.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and address gaps in data capture related to customer behavior, ensuring a robust understanding of customer interactions.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on key customer retention metrics, influencing strategies to improve customer loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on retention-related information needs and future requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst/Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on customer retention or lifecycle analysis.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries combining data from multiple tables.
  • Proficiency in business reporting tools such as Tableau and Qlik.
  • Experience working with and building data pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights, particularly within the context of customer retention.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with statistical analysis tools like Python or R.
  • Experience in the FinTech industry, working with financial data related to customer churn and loyalty.
