Aquent is partnering with a global leader in technology who are looking for a Content Editor/Publisher to join their Retail Engagement & Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support internal communications across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa by publishing content that reaches thousands of retail employees.

Contract Details

  • 📅 – 12 month contract
  • 💷 – £200-£227 per day (PAYE)
  • 📍 – Battersea, London (3 days per week on-site)

Role Overview

You will be responsible for drafting, editing, and publishing creative assets, experiences, and digital content through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other CMS tools. You’ll work closely with the internal engagement team and business partners to ensure that content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about digital publishing workflows.

Main Responsibilities

  • Publish and manage digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other CMS tools.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread internal content before publishing.
  • Ensure content is formatted correctly and delivered to deadline.
  • Partner with business teams to understand requirements and manage approvals.
  • Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Troubleshoot and clearly communicate CMS issues to both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Maintain ownership of processes, timelines, and publishing workflows.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in digital publishing and content management.
  • Proven track record managing content using a CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
  • Ability to work with defined workflows and processes in a structured environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in fast-paced publishing environments (e.g. breaking news, curated messaging, internal comms).
  • Basic design skills and ability to handle visual assets.
  • Knowledge of HTML and/or WordPress.
  • Experience working across international regions and time zones.
