Junior Marketing and Communications Program Manager

As a Marketing and Communications Programme Manager, you will be responsible for owning the development of end-to-end go-to-market strategies to deliver new product features and delivery partner experience enhancements. You will work with stakeholders across operations, product tech teams, and key business units. This includes, but is not limited to, enhancements to the delivery process, new product feature launches for the onboarding process, and partnerships with external partners to integrate and improve the client’s product.

As part of this team, you will also own the lifecycle experience from onboarding up to the delivery of the first block, as well as manage content deployment and performance metrics for one key communications channel.

Basic Qualifications

  • A degree in marketing or communications is a plus.
  • Experience working with external partners is a plus.
  • Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel is preferred, including use of look-ups and pivot tables.
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and communications teams is a plus.
  • Comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent is preferred; a Master’s degree is a plus.
