As a pivotal member of the team, you will act as a crucial link, translating complex commercial requirements into actionable solutions that span the entire user, partner, and client lifecycle. You’ll manage key relationships, deliver exceptional care, and play a hands-on role in troubleshooting, developing repeatable solutions, and shaping strategic approaches. Your deep understanding of product deployment, systems integration, and internal processes will be essential in guiding projects from conception to successful execution, ensuring every solution not only meets but exceeds expectations.
This is a 6 months, hybrid contract, offering £38.46 per hour – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by COB on Wed, 12th Nov. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Lead project planning, including status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, and meeting facilitation, while proactively proposing next steps and resolving roadblocks.
* Develop and maintain solution content, such as best practices, tutorials, and documentation, to ensure effective knowledge sharing and repeatable success.
* Contribute to the development of business efficiency plans, identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define long-term solution strategies, influencing the direction and priority of technical features with minimal guidance.
* Execute solutions based on defined business objectives and technical requirements, ensuring successful delivery with occasional peer support.
* Identify trends in solution issues across various stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate future risks.
* Contribute to developing new initiatives and practices to enhance solution delivery, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.
* Leverage, customize, or develop technical and non-technical solutions that align with business objectives and compliance standards.
* Facilitate discussions with internal teams and external partners to define solution constraints and scope.
* Articulate the value of proposed solutions through engaging design sessions.
* Support architecture design and feature requests with product teams to advance solution development.
* Generate partner insights, participate in business reviews, and provide reactive consultation to identify new business opportunities.
* Contribute to the execution of strategies aimed at increasing the adoption of technologies.
* Assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback and metrics, quantifying their impact.
* Communicate product gaps and issues to relevant internal teams and contribute to their resolution by developing, validating, and documenting new features or solutions.
* Collaborate with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot and develop optimal solutions, enhancing overall offerings.
* Coach internal and external teams on new solutions, systems, and the broader industry landscape.
* Manage and address escalations effectively.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality solutions and services.
* Advise on best practices to optimize technology use for business processes.
* Enhance relationships and identify new opportunities through ongoing consultation and engagement.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated proficiency in program execution and operational expertise, including tracking milestone reports.
* Experience with Vendor Management and Operational Alignment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Quality frameworks.
* Proven ability in Operations management.
* Strong domain-specific knowledge.
* Experience with opportunity and pipeline management.
* Excellent customer conversation skills.
