About the Role:
This role places you at the heart of the marketing engine for a premier global online retail platform, driving critical campaigns across a vast regional market. You will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies for seasonal events, promotional offers, new product introductions, and affordability programs. Your strategic vision and execution prowess will directly contribute to driving traffic, maximizing marketing impact, and ensuring the continued success of a world-class digital retail experience. You’ll collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, bringing innovative ideas to life and continuously raising the bar for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for high-profile campaigns and promotions across the online retail platform, managing the end-to-end execution process to ensure timely and flawless delivery.
- Foster strong collaboration with diverse cross-functional partners, including product marketing, communications, digital merchandising, public relations, legal, operations, and finance, to align strategies and messaging with overarching business objectives.
- Innovate and strategize with internal teams to maximize marketing impact, driving traffic and reach through strategic utilization of paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Monitor and analyze key campaign performance metrics, identifying trends, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Professional experience in omni-channel marketing within a multi-market capacity.
- Partner Marketing experience
- Demonstrated expertise in online and outbound marketing channels, alongside a deep understanding of digital marketing touchpoints.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, from partners to senior leadership.
- Strong program and project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple initiatives concurrently and delivering high-quality work within aggressive timelines.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to identify performance trends and translate insights into effective marketing strategies and innovative tactics.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Premium retail or financial sector experience
- Skilled in developing clear, concise, and impactful marketing and creative briefs.
- A strong ability to connect disparate pieces of information, different work streams, and key partners to inform and drive strategic work.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an MBA is a plus.
