About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Project Admin for a 11 month contract hybrid role in London to support the deployment of products across the region. The role is paying up to £274.99/day PAYE. These products are complex, with ambitious feature roadmaps. They will land at different times in different geos, and onboard with different partners at different times based on schedules owned by the in-country sales and SP&O teams. We need a Project Admin to help build out and maintain these plans in Wrike to provide a single version of truth for activity in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wrike project structure: Build out and maintain the hierarchy and structure of the project space in Wrike based on requirements defined by BPR leadership.
- Wrike expertise: Be a subject matter expert with Wrike, understand and establish best practices and help drive process/tool adoption.
- Program data health: Monitor data health and identify gaps or out of date content that requires updating. Follow up with the relevant task owner/s to drive completion.
- Dashboards: Support the creation of leadership view dashboards (either inside or outside of Wrike) tailored to specific user requirements (eg. Stakeholders will need to view this activity through different lenses such as region, time period, product, feature or partner).
- Communication: Support program communication processes either by exposing core program data to select audiences, or creating stakeholder facing comms as needed.
- Insights: Support the identification of program insights based on this data set that can help improve future decision making.
- Project support: Support specific projects as needed (eg. Creation of project documentation)
Required Skills:
- Wrike proficiency: Experience with Wrike project management software.
- Project management tools: Familiarity with tools like Gantt charts, Kanban boards, dashboards, and calendars.
- Organisational skills: Ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify risks and bottlenecks and find solutions.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience supporting cross-functional, complex technology projects.
- Experience working effectively within diverse, dispersed teams across multiple geographical locations is helpful.
