Our client, a global leader in consumer technology, partners with Aquent to deliver exceptional user experiences for millions worldwide. This innovative organization is dedicated to creating intuitive and powerful products that simplify daily life, and they are seeking a visionary individual to join their dynamic team.

**This is a 6 month contract for a Content Strategist / Solutions Consutlant – London hybrid working 2 days per week / flexible working – paying £38.46p/h PAYE**

As a pivotal member of the user and product organization, you will be instrumental in translating complex product and support needs into crystal-clear, accurate, and scalable content. Your work will directly impact how users find solutions and engage with essential services, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey. **What You’ll Do:**

* Lead and manage content operations for critical consumer support channels across a suite of popular B2C products.
* Collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners in product, design, engineering, user experience, and vendor teams to align content strategies with business goals.
* Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from intake and requirement clarification to end-to-end workflow management.
* Conduct rigorous reviews, quality assurance, and approvals of content drafts, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and readiness for global launches.
* Utilize internal content management tools to hands-on manage and publish a high volume of content.
* Coordinate effectively with external vendor teams to scale content production efficiently.
* Successfully manage multiple content launches simultaneously in a demanding, high-output setting.
* Champion operational excellence, maintain robust documentation, and drive continuous improvement across all content processes.

**What You’ll Bring:**

**Required Experience (Non-Negotiable):**

* Solid experience in a hands-on operational role.
* A proven track record in program or project management.
* Demonstrated experience running operations within highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.
* A background in consumer support, specifically within an operational context.
* Exceptional stakeholder communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Comfort and proficiency in managing high-volume workloads with meticulous attention to detail.

**Nice to Have:**

* Familiarity with leading enterprise productivity suites.
* A background in editorial, journalism, or content operations.
* Experience managing or project managing editorial or content teams.
* Exposure to large-scale B2C platforms or support ecosystems.
