Are you a highly analytical operations professional with a passion for turning complex data into clear business insights? This is an exciting opportunity to join an international business operations team supporting markets across Canada, LATAM, EMEA and APAC, with a core focus on reporting, metrics, and operational insights.
This is a 12 months contract, with hybrid working pattern, offering up to £427.21 per day –37.5 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll support international business operations through high-quality reporting and performance insights, helping stakeholders make informed decisions across multiple regions.
- Own and support weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting across international markets
- Consolidate and analyse data from a variety of sources, including both manual and automated inputs
- Turn complex datasets into clear, digestible reports and actionable insights
- Report on key business metrics including customer acquisition, revenue, traffic, funnel performance, activation, and marketing effectiveness
- Support the creation of regional business reports, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, marketing, and regional teams
- Help improve reporting processes, templates, and operational visibility
- Support broader strategic and business operations initiatives where needed
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in business operations, reporting, analytics, insights, or strategic operations
- Experience in a SaaS or tech environment is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience working across multiple data sources
- Ability to work with a mix of manual, ad hoc, and automated reporting
- Experience reporting on commercial, operational, or GTM performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working across international markets and cross-functional teams
