**About the Opportunity**
As a pivotal member of a global programs team, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and monitoring high-impact initiatives. You’ll be the driving force behind complex projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse internal teams and external partners. **What You’ll Do**
* **Strategic Partnership & Execution:** Forge strong alliances with cross-functional leaders across various departments including Activation, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Operations, Data Science, Engineering, and Communications to ensure cohesive development and execution of strategic programs.
* **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Directly lead and oversee complex cross-functional initiatives, meticulously tracking stakeholder readiness, reporting key milestones, managing risks, developing contingency plans, and escalating issues as needed.
* **Problem Solving & Adjudication:** Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, skillfully balancing business objectives with technical and operational constraints, and mediating discussions among internal stakeholders to resolve critical issues.
* **Organizational Development:** Champion best practices, facilitate knowledge sharing, and foster continuous learning across the organization to enhance overall maturity and efficiency.
* **Information Management:** Establish and manage robust information cadences and processes, including providing status updates to leadership, handling escalations and mitigations, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with internal stakeholders to educate and inspire engagement around available partner programs, opportunities, and resources.
* **Impact Measurement:** Partner closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to rigorously evaluate program efficacy, measure return on investment, and develop data-driven insights.
* **Complex Project Management:** Expertly manage intricate projects encompassing multiple deliverables, diverse timelines, and a wide array of stakeholders.
**What You’ll Bring**
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects or tasks from inception to completion.
* Strong critical-thinking and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Solid understanding of the digital advertising industry landscape.
* Extensive cross-functional management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in project management tools and G-Suite applications (Spreadsheets, Docs, etc.).
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize work streams effectively and communicate these priorities clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
* Strong operational background, with a history of uniting teams and functions to enhance efficiency.
* Comfort working within a global team structure and an understanding of regional nuances.
* Experience with “east-west” coordination and relationship management across various organizational levels.
* Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Specific experience with data analytics, data manipulation, and insights gathering, utilizing tools like G-Suite.
* Strong presentation skills, including experience with live presentations and written communications.
* Previous experience with global activations.
* Experience managing budgets for both individual initiatives and on a larger scale.
* Familiarity with data analytics tools.
