This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global technology organization, partnering with Aquent to find exceptional talent. You will be at the heart of critical strategic and operational initiatives, directly enabling senior leaders to drive impactful outcomes. Your meticulous organization and proactive support will ensure seamless operations, contributing significantly to the success of key programs and the overall strategic direction of a dynamic team.

This is a 12 months contract, with hybrid working pattern, offering up to £23.25 per hour –35 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. **What You’ll Do:**

As a vital contributor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of strategic functions, providing comprehensive support that enables leaders to achieve their objectives. Your contributions will span across various critical areas:

* **Operational & Strategic Support:**
* Provide essential administrative and operational assistance to a Senior Manager focused on strategy and operations.
* Coordinate and facilitate meetings, meticulously documenting notes and tracking follow-up actions to ensure accountability.
* Support crucial planning cycles, reviews, and internal reporting processes, contributing to informed decision-making.
* Assist in the creation of documentation, presentations, and coordinate processes across various internal teams.
* Help manage workflows, track timelines, and monitor tasks for ongoing strategic initiatives.
* Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including those in marketing, sales, finance, and operations.
* **Executive & Calendar Management:**
* Expertly manage a Senior Director’s calendar, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones.
* Handle all meeting logistics, from room bookings and virtual meeting setups to attendee coordination.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling requests, effectively prioritizing engagements.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense administration for senior leadership.
* **General Administrative Support:**
* Maintain highly organized records, digital folders, and shared documentation.
* Assist with onboarding logistics for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Undertake various ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required.
* Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.

* Proven experience in an administrative support or operations coordination role.
* Demonstrated experience supporting managers and/or senior leaders in a corporate or technology setting.

* Confidence and professionalism in working with senior collaborators and handling sensitive information.
* A strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Advanced proficiency with standard office productivity suites, with essential expertise in calendar management.
* Comfortable utilizing collaboration and efficiency tools.
* Proactive, dependable, and deeply committed to resolving issues efficiently.
* Clear, concise, and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of remaining calm and effective under pressure.
* Comfortable and effective in working across diverse cultures and time zones.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with project tracking or documentation tools.
