As a B2B Marketing Program Manager, you won’t just be supporting campaigns; you’ll be a pivotal force in shaping multi-channel strategies, ensuring consistent messaging, and ultimately, accelerating growth for our client’s B2B audience within the EMEA region. Your work will directly impact how businesses engage with groundbreaking digital solutions, making a tangible difference in their success and our client’s market presence. Join a dynamic team focused on delivering comprehensive marketing strategies that unify messaging, channels, and execution for their B2B audience, acting as the central hub for end-to-end marketing plans.
 

This is a 12-months, hybrid contract, offering up to £41.21 per hour – 35 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually. 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute robust marketing program strategies aligned with business objectives, powering field, demand, and channel marketing initiatives.
  • Support and shape content strategies for impactful campaigns, engaging events, and informative webinars.
  • Ensure seamless consistency across all content and communications, optimizing every route to market.
  • Act as the primary B2B marketing liaison, fostering collaboration with internal content teams and brand operations.
  • Craft compelling content strategies for automated and nurture email programs that drive engagement.
  • Leverage data and continuous testing to optimize content performance and refine targeting for maximum impact.
     

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing program management, content management, or demand generation campaign execution, within EMEA region. 
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into flawless execution.
  • Experience in Channel Marketing.
  • Proven expertise in content strategy and development in EMEA.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
