- Launching a high-touch account management sales and service motion.
- Enhancing and driving customer retention initiatives.
You will facilitate prosperity by managing change that removes operational barriers and delivers frictionless customer experiences. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success.

How You Will Lead
Connect Strategy to Execution
- Prioritise initiatives across projects, programmes, and processes to accelerate delivery of the most impactful work.
- Identify when decisions or trade-offs are required, facilitate discussions, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives, linking operational outcomes directly to revenue growth. Support the region’s target of 20% YoY growth by ensuring projects and processes are commercially aligned.

- Lead workstreams to achieve programme success measures and deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain the operating rhythm at the project/programme/process level to set strategy, monitor performance, inspire teams, and instil accountability.
- Identify risks and dependencies, escalate blockers proactively, and determine optimal paths to success. Communicate clearly on programme progress and leverage data to recommend next steps.
Enable Scale and Velocity
- Identify the need for new frameworks, best practices, tools, and templates—or leverage existing ones.
- Recommend and drive continuous improvement opportunities to ensure outcomes and enhance business efficiency.
- Test solutions through rapid experimentation and share learnings to enable improvements across the organisation.
Lead Change
-
Identify the impact of all key changes, develop clear change management plans, and drive end-to-end execution.

- Ability to use data and insights to support and inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience implementing operational and organisational change.
