As a key contributor, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of media campaigns, from meticulous preparation and activation to continuous optimization and detailed reporting. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and impact of global marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns not only meet but exceed their objectives. You will collaborate closely with agencies, marketing leads, and cross-functional partners, providing essential insights and driving strategic adjustments that enhance campaign performance and deliver measurable results.

This is a 12 months, UK remote contract, offering £39.90-44.23 per hour (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by COB on Friday 27th Feb. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the comprehensive preparation, activation, and ongoing health management of global media campaigns.
* Utilize automation, advanced tracking infrastructure, AI, and data-driven insights to continuously monitor, optimize, and report on live campaign performance.
* Ensure rigorous quality assurance and drive cross-functional collaboration for continuous improvement across all campaign phases.
* Coordinate creative asset delivery and trafficking with marketing teams, including managing complex linking strategies.
* Conduct thorough QA checks using proprietary tooling and manual methods before campaign launch.
* Manage financial aspects of campaigns, including raising purchase orders, handling billing and invoices, and maintaining accurate campaign trackers and data banks.
* Oversee ad account spend limits and ensure proper setup and alignment of ad accounts within internal systems.
* Manage media and measurement setup across all platforms and agency partners, coordinating with measurement operations for baseline configurations.
* Proactively monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance daily, identifying and aligning with agencies on optimization strategies based on data signals and business objectives.
* Participate in QA monitoring meetings, providing updates and insights on campaign health and compliance.
* Collaborate with agency and media design leads to ensure in-flight changes align with overarching campaign goals.
* Lead regular audience quality checks with internal teams to safeguard campaign integrity.
* Oversee pacing checks with agency partners to maintain budget discipline and achieve delivery targets.
* Monitor real-time campaign delivery using automated systems to flag anomalies and underperformance, sharing timely reports with media leads.
* Provide transparent and timely updates to marketing and media leads on trafficking and campaign status.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for live campaign health, optimization, and troubleshooting.
* Facilitate regular status meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and post-mortems to foster continuous improvement.
* Coordinate with agencies for performance updates and end-of-campaign reports, working with internal measurement teams for readouts.
* Conduct comprehensive post-campaign analysis with agencies and internal teams, identifying key learnings, best practices, and areas for future improvement.
* Manage escalation paths for issues, errors, or bugs related to campaigns or platform-specific problems, reporting and escalating to relevant support teams and coordinating updates with cross-functional teams.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in media campaign management, encompassing preparation, activation, optimization, and performance reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to leverage automation, tracking infrastructure, AI, and data-driven insights for campaign monitoring and enhancement.
* Strong understanding of campaign health metrics, including delivery, pacing, performance, and audience quality.
* Experience in coordinating creative assets, trafficking, and conducting thorough quality assurance checks.
* Proficiency in managing campaign financials, including billing, invoicing, and budget oversight.
* Familiarity with media and measurement setup across diverse digital platforms.
* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of successful engagement with agencies, marketing leads, and cross-functional partners.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and experience managing issue escalation.
* Ability to conduct post-campaign analysis and extract actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Experience utilizing martech and proprietary tooling to drive campaign impact and optimization.
