As a key partner to the business, you will be instrumental in delivering robust operational strategies and data-driven insights that directly impact business growth and efficiency. Your work will involve analyzing complex data, identifying market and product opportunities, and driving operational excellence across various processes and systems. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide critical analytical support to propel initiatives essential for the growth of advertising sales channels.
* Uncover key trends and insights regarding product opportunities, delivering data-driven feedback on market nuances to product teams.
* Generate vital insights for business leadership to inform and support strategic decision-making processes.
* Collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on strategic projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, discovering new opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and refining operating models.
* Present compelling findings and recommendations, backed by data, to leadership teams.
* Drive the rhythm of business with operational rigor, support service models, lead operational reviews, and track performance against regional goals and priorities.
* Identify opportunities and key roadblocks through a data-driven approach, working efficiently across teams and time zones to resolve them.
* Regularly communicate with and influence leadership, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks, and dependencies.
* Translate and execute global initiatives at a regional/local level, fostering alignment through partnerships with regional, local, and cross-functional teams.
**What You’ll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications)**
*Solid professional experience in a quantitative field (e.g., investment banking, private equity), a consulting environment, a corporate strategy/operations team, or a similar technology company.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with proven proficiency in addressing complex and diverse business challenges (commercial, operational, organizational).
* Demonstrated experience in leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including designing, leading, and executing analysis, and effectively communicating insights.
* Proficiency in SQL, with extensive experience extracting and manipulating data from large and complex databases.
* Proven ability to communicate complex or technical ideas and concepts clearly and concisely to an executive-level audience.
* Experience navigating a complex, ambiguous environment with the agility to drive results through effective problem-solving, collaboration, and communication.
* Strong SQL coding abilities for data analysis.
* Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software and presentation tools.
* Excellent public speaking skills.
