We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to step into a pivotal role within our client’s Global Talent Acquisition team. This is an incredible opportunity to be the cornerstone of the recruiting process, providing critical support to recruiters and delivering an unparalleled candidate experience. As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will:
* **Orchestrate the Candidate Journey:** Expertly manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, directly engaging with candidates and hiring managers, and meticulously arranging logistics to ensure a smooth experience.
* **Maintain Operational Excellence:** Diligently update candidate records and job postings within recruiting systems, confirm new hires, and track all recruiting activities, providing comprehensive status reports.
* **Be a Communication Champion:** Deliver timely and professional follow-up correspondence to candidates via phone and email, serving as a primary point of contact and providing essential updates on their recruiting status.
* **Facilitate Critical Decisions:** Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, compiling and distributing essential debrief materials to support informed hiring decisions.
* **Drive Continuous Improvement:** Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance both the candidate experience and the efficiency of scheduling processes.
* **Collaborate and Support:** Work closely with Recruiting Partners and internal interviewing stakeholder teams, assisting with various recruiting activities as needed to ensure team success.
**Qualifications**
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven experience in a coordination role, specifically within recruiting or a similar administrative function.
* Demonstrable experience with widely used productivity and scheduling tools.
* Proven experience in coordination, including calendar/diary management, within an HR or administrative context.
* Metrics and KPI-driven experience, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.

* Strong oral and written communication skills that foster positive candidate and internal stakeholder relationships.
