Are you a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional eager to make a significant impact within a fast-paced creative environment? We are seeking a talented individual to join a vibrant team focused on developing and producing compelling nonfiction content. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of the team, directly contributing to the smooth operation and success of groundbreaking projects that entertain and inform millions. Your ability to anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and facilitate seamless communication will empower executives and creative professionals to bring incredible stories to life.

This is a short contract until 13th April 2026, offering up to £230 per day (PAYE). The shorlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Masterfully manage intricate calendars for executives, coordinating and scheduling a high volume of internal and external meetings with precision.
* Expertly arrange domestic and international travel logistics, prepare detailed itineraries, and efficiently process expense reports.
* Capture and disseminate comprehensive meeting notes, meticulously tracking action items to ensure timely follow-through.
* Maintain and update critical internal trackers, documents, and production databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
* Accurately input and monitor vital production data, including pitches, submissions, and project updates, within internal management systems.
* Act as a central communication hub, fostering seamless information flow between internal teams, producers, and external partners.
* Provide essential support for special events, screenings, and diverse ad-hoc projects, contributing to successful outcomes.
* Collaborate effectively with assistant teams and various departments across content development, production, and operational functions.
* Proactively anticipate team requirements, identifying and resolving potential scheduling or workflow challenges before they arise, ensuring operational efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Administrative Assistant capacity, ideally within a dynamic, high-volume setting.
* Demonstrated strong organizational and exceptional time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally.
* Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Uphold a high level of discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
* Proficiency in G-Suite
* Experience working in the entertainment industry

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Previous experience supporting creative content development, production, or media teams.
